These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products made through the website culekn.com, exclusively to consumers, and relating to ready-to-wear clothing delivered within mainland France only.

Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color or texture may occur depending on screen display or production batches.

Products are offered subject to availability.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs.

culekn reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

Shipping costs are displayed before final order confirmation.

5. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively through the website.

An order becomes final once:

the cart is validated,
these Terms & Conditions are accepted,
payment is confirmed.

An order confirmation email is sent once the order is validated.

culekn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

payment issues,
obvious pricing or stock errors,
suspected fraud.

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by La Poste and Mondial Relay, within mainland France only.

culekn cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by exceptional circumstances.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the parcel.

8. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with EU law, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of their order, without having to provide any justification.
