1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Mondial Relay Pick-up Point:

  • Free for all orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after shipment

  • Pick-up window: Parcels are generally available at the selected pick-up point for 7–14 days. Please bring a valid photo ID to collect your order.

Standard Home Delivery (France):

  • Cost: €5.00 for orders under €120.00 · Free for orders of €120.00 or more

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after shipment

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM CET are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), please allow up to 3 additional business days for order processing.
Stock availability: Processing times may vary depending on product availability. In rare cases, processing may take up to 10 business days. If this happens, you will be informed by email.
If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can also track your order through your account on our website.

4. Additional Information

We currently ship only within mainland France.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pick-up point, re-shipping fees may apply.
